Shipping policy

RETAIL CUSTOMERS:

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of receiving them. This does not include weekends or bank holidays.

All standard deliveries are carried out via Royal Mail 1st class or tracked post, please allow 2-3 working days after order being placed.

Any order placed below the value of £20.00 will carry a Royal Mail First Class delivery cost of £2.50, or an optional Royal Mail First Class Tracked cost of £3.75 to any UK address.

For any order placed over the value of £20.00, delivery is free via Royal Mail First Class Untracked post.

A DHL 24hr Parcel delivery option is also available at a cost of £5.70 per order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Delivery charges to EU countries and the rest of the world will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

IMPORT TAXES & CUSTOMS DUTIES:

EU and International delivery charges DO NOT INCLUDE any applicable import taxes, customs duties and fees that are due upon entry into the destination country. Duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and must be paid once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

TRADE CUSTOMERS:

Any order placed below the value of £150.00 including VAT will carry an overnight DHL 24hr courier delivery cost of £8.00 to any UK address

For any order placed over the value of £150.00 including VAT, DHL 24hr courier delivery is free to UK customers

Orders placed to be delivered to Europe or the rest of the world the shipping cost will be calculated and added on dispatch
